Jonas Bøndergaard assists enterprises and organisations in all types of commercial law issues. Jonas completed his degree at the University of Copenhagen in 2017, and his background includes employment with ADVODAN as a student of law since 2013. Jonas has assisted owners and creditors in numerous estates in bankruptcy. Moreover, Jonas has provided advisory services to enterprises on general corporate issues, including in connection with shareholder agreements, etc.
In addition to the provision of advisory services on general corporate issues, Jonas has provided clients with advisory services on major IT contracts and the use of personal data, including in connection with data processing agreements and the use of Big Data.

Jonas is a data protection law specialist with a particular focus on the General Data Protection Regulation and has authored a comprehensive dissertation on the topic. In addition, Jonas is in great demand with enterprises and our network as a speaker, describing the challenges that can arise in connection with the processing of personal data by enterprises.
Jonas also has great insight into IT law and has drafted several IT agreements both in connection with major agile IT contracts and in connection with the development of apps.
